YogaFlow Studio is an amazing value when it comes to Online yoga. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which you may be compensated and if so, the manner of such compensation. Please read it closely before subscribe.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The first subscription payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can apply for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a refund if you do not like our service.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit refund request within 7 calendar days of date you make payment.
• Utilized less than 30Percent of provided content (video clips, classes or materials).
• Not previously downloaded or saved any course materials, meditation audios or program guides.

2. No Refunds After 7 Days

Subscription Fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days. As the monthly recurring charges by plan—Essential Flow (100$), Transform Flow (200$) and Elite Flow (500$)—Per 30 Days.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue using the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
• The remaining days in the current billing period will not be refunded.
• After this billing cycle, you will lose access to anything under the content.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Any request after the 7 days has passed from time of purchase.
• Incompletely used the program (over 30% of content accessed)
• Account Termination for Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Change of mind after the 7-day window.
• Technical issues that can be solved by our support team which leads to a refund request.
• Subscriptions bought via other promotions or discounts.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period:

1. Enter your YogaFlow Studio account.
2. Go to “My Subscription” section.
3. Hit “Request Refund” and complete the form.
4. Briefly state why you are requesting (optional)

6. Refund Processing

It will take around 5–10 business days to process appropriately and issue refunds that have been approved. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your statement.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have concerns, please contact us first. If you file a chargeback without reaching out to YogaFlow Studio, we will consider it as refusing our service and your account will be banned indefinitely along with denied future services.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

This Refund Policy and terms may be subject to change at any time, with or without notice. All changes will be reflected on this page along with a new effective date. By using our services, you agree to the new policy.
