These Terms & Conditions shall govern your use of YogaFlow Studio website and subscription services. By using our website or signing up for our programs you accept to abide by these terms.
By creating an account, by subscribing to any plan typically provided at ($100, $200 or $500 month), or otherwise using any of our services you accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions(in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer) and understood its content.
YogaFlow Studio offers three monthly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed each calendar month from the day you made your first purchase. Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
Your subscription renews each month unless you cancel it prior to its renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard. When you cancel, you get to keep it until the end of your billing period. Partial months will not receive a refund.
Your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are not available for any subscription fees after the first 7 days. All sales are final post data trial period.
All content provided by YogaFlow Studio, including without limitation all video lessons, live classes, meditation audios, written content/ materials, program guide and other related material is solely the intellectual property of YogaFlow Studio. We will grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the contents for your personal, and not commercial purposes as long as your subscription is in effect. You might not tape, reproduce, republish, store copy or share any of our content.

Limitations of LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED by LAW, YOGAFLOW STUDIO SHALL NOT be LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, special, consequential or PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. Your entire liability to us shall be limited to the amount paid by you in twelve (12) months prior to your claim.
If you violate these Terms & Conditions, then we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services immediately with or without notification.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. We will indicate the effective date of any updated terms by posting on this page. Your use of the services following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
For these Terms & Conditions, the governing law is that of the United States and State of California based solely upon conflict of law principles.
